The agreement
These terms apply when you use Niroga AI, create an account, or buy a product. By placing an order you also accept our privacy policy and our shipping and returns policy.
Products and health notice
Niroga AI sells health technology products such as the N470 AI Stethoscope and SENOVA Ring. Product information is provided for education and purchase decisions. Unless a product is expressly cleared for a specific medical use in your region, it should not be used to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical advice.
Orders and pricing
- Prices are shown based on your selected delivery region where supported.
- Inventory, product details, and totals are validated server-side during checkout.
- An order is accepted when we confirm payment and issue an order confirmation.
- We may cancel and refund orders affected by stock errors, pricing mistakes, suspected fraud, or unsupported delivery details.
Checkout and payments
Checkout is processed securely by Stripe. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery, and contact information so we can fulfil the order and provide support.
Delivery
Delivery options, estimates, and return steps are explained in our shipping and returns policy. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, customs, holidays, or incorrect delivery details.
Returns and warranty
Eligible products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in line with the published policy. Device warranty coverage is described on the warranty page. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights that apply in your country.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Account information should be accurate and up to date.
- You may request account deletion by contacting support@niroga.ai.
Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with site security, scrape inventory, impersonate another person, submit false order information, or use the store for unlawful activity.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niroga AI is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or products. Our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
